Teach chemistry one-to-one in students' homes in Dubai, from IGCSE through A-Level and the IB Diploma.

What you would teach
- Cambridge and Edexcel IGCSE Chemistry, including the Core and Extended routes.
- A-Level Chemistry, where students are often working from a C towards an A or A*.
- IB Chemistry at SL and HL.
What students usually need
Stoichiometry, organic chemistry and practical skills come up again and again, so we look for tutors who can explain the reasoning behind a calculation or mechanism rather than ask students to memorise it. Some students are also working towards medicine and need the top grades that goal requires. You teach to the syllabus and exam board the student's school uses.
The work
- One-to-one lessons in person, at the student's home, in Dubai. There is no group or classroom teaching.
- We provide transport to lessons.
- You plan each student's lessons, assess their progress and give feedback to the student and their family.

What you need
- Teaching or tutoring experience in the British or IB curriculum. This is required for this role.
- At least 1 academic year of teaching or tutoring experience in the UAE.
- A bachelor's degree (any subject).
- Confidence with exam-board mark schemes and practical-based questions.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- A UAE residence visa of your own. We do not sponsor visas for this role.
- A MoHRE private tutoring permit. You do not need it to apply: it can be obtained after shortlisting.
- You live in Dubai or Sharjah. All lessons are in Dubai.
